This event will consist of a 50 min vinyasa-based flow and 10 min meditation that emphasize mind-body connection, self-exploration, and self-expression, followed by a 30 min reception. Students of all experiences are encouraged to join, and props will be available on-site courtesy of Frequency Wellness Space!
